No Hidden Fees
Rates have nothing hidden – all inclusive of cruise, port charges, taxes and onboard gratuities. Our rates are guaranteed and will NOT increase!
Every cabin could be a different rate – it would depend on what is available in each category. And the rates could change from one week to the next. Online rates do not include taxes, fees & gratuities.
Cabins Are Together
All of your group's cabins will be located near each other.
You must book each cabin individually and they won't all be together.
Rehearsal & Performance
One hour rehearsal and one hour performance is included for performance groups.
No rehearsal or performance would be included.
Onboard Support
You have a Rock the Boat Escort on board to work with Carnival staff to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You would need to handle any issues yourself.
Welcome Aboard Meeting
You will have a Welcome Aboard meeting with free soft drinks (that in itself is a plus!!).
No Welcome Aboard meeting.
Priority Debarkation
Debarkation would be by decks, so your group may not all get off at the same time.
Sit Together at Dinner
Your group will all be seated together in the dining room.
Group may not be seated together at dinner – may not even be in the same dining room.
Simple Booking
You will only have to deal with our office.
You would have to deal with Carnival in the booking process and would speak to a different representative every time you call.
Giveaways
You will receive a Plaque for the performance. You will get a Directors bag and each person will get a Lanyard.
No Lanyards, plaque or Directors bag.
Student Only Cabins
You can put students in cabins by themselves (up to quad occupancy when available).
Each cabin that includes students must have an adult.
Flexible Payment Plan
Deposit ASAP to hold rooms, rooming list and payment due 120 days out. Final payment due 90 days out.
Normally the full balance will be due immediately upon booking.
